justify;\">Avant d&rsquo;arriver \u00e0 ce r\u00e9sultat, j&rsquo;ai fais beaucoup de fichier de mod\u00e9lisation. J&rsquo;ai fais plusieurs versions de ce cube \u00e0 LED dont 1 sur secteur et l&rsquo;autre sur \u00ab\u00a0batterie\u00a0\u00bb, plus pratique pour trimbaler dans la maison ou le soir sur la table les veill\u00e9es de barbecue ( moi je dis \u00e7a je dis rien).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Mat\u00e9riels indispensable, version 1 (sur secteur )<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arduino nano<\/li>\n<li>Deux feuilles plastique transparente de classeur<\/li>\n<li>Une plaque de circuit imprim\u00e9 ( protoboard 50x70mm)<\/li>\n<li>Bande de LED programmable ( ws811)<\/li>\n<li>Un chargeur de 12V<\/li>\n<li>Vis M3 ou colle<\/li>\n<li>Une perceuse<\/li>\n<li>Une embase 12v femelle\u00a0(exemple\u00a0ici)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Mat\u00e9riels indispensable, version 2 update ( sur batterie )<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une batterie externe de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone<\/li>\n<li>Un convertisseur de tension USB 5v =&gt; 12v<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Mat\u00e9riels optionnel :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pin socket<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"STL_Plan_Electronique_Code_arduino\"><\/span>STL, Plan Electronique &amp;\u00a0Code arduino<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Vous pouvez r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/hack.dahoo.fr\/\">cette adresse<\/a>\u00a0sur le projet \u00ab\u00a0Cube \u00e0 LED\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Preparation\"><\/span>Pr\u00e9paration<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Une fois toute les pi\u00e8ces imprim\u00e9es, on va pouvoir passer aux choses s\u00e9rieuses.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Etape_1_Pose_des_LED\"><\/span>Etape 1 : Pose des LED<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Afin d&rsquo;avoir un effet de d\u00e9filement, vous devez coller vos LED de bas en haut en tournant autour de la pi\u00e8ce \u00ab\u00a0<strong>cube3d_socle v4_part2<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb ( Attention, pour brancher les LED\u00a0ws811 veuillez faire attention au sens des fl\u00e8ches. Il faut mettre l\u2019alimentation au commencement des fl\u00e8ches. Si vous les brancher \u00e0 l&rsquo;envers il se passera un truc du style&#8230;.bouuuum (non enfa\u00eete elles ne s\u2019allumeront pas c&rsquo;est tout).<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Etape_2_Pose_du_film_plastique\"><\/span>Etape 2 : Pose du film plastique<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>D\u00e9coupez 5 carr\u00e9s en plastique de la grandeur int\u00e9rieure des c\u00f4t\u00e9s du cube. Cela servira \u00e0 faire un filtre opaque afin de laisser passer la lumi\u00e8re sans que l&rsquo;on ne voie les leds, malin le linx.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Etape_3_Assemblage_du_socle\"><\/span>Etape 3 : Assemblage du socle<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Pour assembler les pi\u00e8ces\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<strong>cube3d_socle v4_part1<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb &amp;&amp;\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<strong>cube3d_socle v4_part2<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb vous pouvez soit les coller soit percer deux trous aux emplacements des trous de la pi\u00e8ces\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<strong>cube3d_socle v4_part2<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Etape_4_Mise_en_place_de_lalimentions\"><\/span>Etape 4 : Mise en place de l\u2019alimentions<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je n&rsquo;ai volontairement pas fais de trou pour le passage de l&rsquo;alimentation, car suivant ce qui vous mettrez le taille du trou sera diff\u00e9rente.\u00a0Percez un trou o\u00f9 vous le voulez sur la coque afin de faire passer le fil de l&rsquo;alimentation puis collez l&#8217;embase au pistolet \u00e0 colle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Etape_5_Bouton_marche_arret\"><\/span>Etape 5 :\u00a0Bouton marche \/ arr\u00eat<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour le design j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour un bouton poussoir rond r\u00e9tro-\u00e9claire. Le petit inconvenant est qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas on \/off. Il faut donc modifier un peu le code arduino pour lui d\u00e9finir une \u00a0donc brancher la LED au 12V est l\u2019interrupteur \u00e0 proprement parl\u00e9 a la borne 3 de l&rsquo;arduino.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Etape_6_La_carte_electronique_et_raccordement\"><\/span>Etape 6 : La carte \u00e9lectronique et raccordement<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je vous conseil de souder des pins m\u00eale sur la carte arduino nano et des pins femelle sur votre protoBoard, cela permettra de l&rsquo;enlever plus facilement pour changer le code \u00e0 int\u00e9rieure, ou en cas de r\u00e9paration.<br \/>\nAmener l\u2019alimentions 12v sur le VCC et le gnd de l&rsquo;arduino. (Les plans pour un pont diviseur de tension sera prochainement disponible, m\u00eame si l&rsquo;arduino accepte en entr\u00e9e le 12V). Ensuite, apporter en parall\u00e8le l\u2019alimentation 12V sur la bande \u00e0 LED.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Connecter la pin 6 au data de la bande LED.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Brancher la carte \u00e0 l\u2019ordinateur puis uploader le code est voila =).<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Amelioration\"><\/span>Am\u00e9lioration<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diverses am\u00e9liorations sont possibles. Si j&rsquo;ai le temps de faire les am\u00e9liorations, je les mettrai en update ou si une personne veut donner un coup de main, elle sera la bienvenue =).
